Under the direction of Alice Nixon Burress, AIA, ASID, CGP, (Director of the Design Division), who brings to the company more then 30 years of experience in residential design, Citadel Enterprises, Inc. offers clients a higher level of design expertise ranging from consultations for single-room renovations to complete architectural design and detailing for major projects. In addition to employing Alice’s architectural talents, at each major step of the Design/Build process, Citadel Enterprises also incorporates Pete Loy, President, to provide cost estimating services. Pete’s involvement makes the transition into a construction contract easy and straightforward.
