Citadel Enterprises, Inc. houses one of only two area contractors who is a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS).

Company President, Pete Loy, has received specialized instruction to make senior modifications to a home so that its aging resident can continue living in his or her own home independently, safely and comfortably.

An aging remodel may include the addition of an outside wheelchair ramp or a bathroom alteration that simply makes the little things in life more manageable. Citadel Enterprises, Inc. is able to make the necessary modifications and to create the ease and comfort the senior population desires.
